A new single storey extension to the side and rear of a 1930’s semi detached home in Dublin 7 replaces a dilapidated garage and out-buildings along the side of the house and a utility room at the back.
The new extension provides a more compact front garage along with a new utility area, a shower room and a home office/spare bedroom that faces the back garden. The extension continues around the back of the house allowing for a larger kitchen/dining/living area with a better connection and better views to the outside terrace and landscaped back garden.
